All products sold on this website are digital goods (courses, ebooks, digital content) delivered electronically via email after purchase.

2. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions.

3. Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• Order confirmation email immediately
• Download link(s) to access your purchased product(s)
• Receipt for your records

Digital products are typically delivered within minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes, please contact us.

4. Refund Policy

However, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase in the following cases:

• You experience technical issues preventing access to the product that we are unable to resolve
• The product was not delivered and we are unable to provide access

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• You did not read the product description or requirements before buying
• You do not have the required software, device, or technical skills to use the product, where such requirements were clearly stated
